How far in advance should we book?+
We recommend 3–6 months ahead for peak wedding season (March–June, September–November). For off-season weddings, 6–8 weeks is typically sufficient.
How many guests can you serve?+
Our Sweet As Can Be package serves up to 200 guests across 2–3 hours of service. Larger celebrations receive a custom proposal with additional machines or extended service.
Where can the machine be set up?+
Indoors or out — we need a dedicated 20 amp, 120v outlet within roughly 25 feet, and it must not share electrical with anything else. For outdoor weddings, we recommend a shaded area or tented placement.
Can flavors match our wedding palette?+
Absolutely. Blush palette? Strawberry. Coastal blue? Blue Raspberry. Bourbon Street romance? Salted Caramel and Espresso. We help you choose the perfect pairing.
Do you work with our planner or venue?+
Always. We coordinate directly with your planner, caterer, or venue on timing, setup, and power. We've worked at venues across the greater River Parishes area.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Your $250 deposit reserves the date. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may reschedule to another available date.
