Yes. Corporate clients typically receive an invoice with net-30 terms after the event, with a deposit to hold the date.
Can you customize cups or napkins with our logo?+
Yes. Customized paper goods are a $250 add-on. We need 3–4 weeks of lead time for branded prints.
What is the largest event you've handled?+
We scale with multiple machines and attendants. 500+ guest events are no problem with enough notice — ask for a custom proposal.
Do you travel outside New Orleans?+
We serve Southern Louisiana including Baton Rouge, Metairie, Kenner, LaPlace, Destrehan, Houma, and surrounding areas. Travel beyond 25 miles of 70079 is $2 per mile round-trip.
