Venue Requirements
- • Dedicated 15 amp, 115v outlet within reach of the machine.
- • Minimal use of extension cords — if needed, a heavy-duty 12-gauge cord only.
- • Flat, stable, level surface (indoor or covered outdoor space preferred).
- • Doorways and pathways must accommodate the machine: at least 26" wide and 60" tall.
- • Shaded area required for outdoor events — machine cannot operate in direct sun or rain.
- • Ambient temperature under 90°F for proper freezing performance.

- • Allow ~30 minutes for delivery, setup, and freeze-down before service.
