Venue Requirements

  • • Dedicated 15 amp, 115v outlet within reach of the machine.
  • • Minimal use of extension cords — if needed, a heavy-duty 12-gauge cord only.
  • • Flat, stable, level surface (indoor or covered outdoor space preferred).
  • • Doorways and pathways must accommodate the machine: at least 26" wide and 60" tall.
  • • Shaded area required for outdoor events — machine cannot operate in direct sun or rain.
  • • Ambient temperature under 90°F for proper freezing performance.

  • • Machine arrives on locking caster wheels for easy positioning.
  • • Allow ~30 minutes for delivery, setup, and freeze-down before service.
  • • Three dispensing handles: two flavors plus a twist.
  • • We handle full sanitization and post-event cleaning.
